Two conjoined headlines from today's Washington Post:

Senate again blocks jobs aid

Move leaves more than 1.2 million people without support checks, millions more could lose benefits.

    The republicans blocking aid to average taxpayers was no surprise (Joe Barton & Jim Bunning are probably diddling themselves over this one) ... but the dems like Nelson that went along with it ... some will be surprised; I'll call it business as usual.

    Sparing doctors from working for less than premium golf club fees, both parties seemed fine with that.

    Unbelievable ... but also business as usual.
